Houston Rockets’ All-Star James Harden and New Orleans Pelicans’ Eric Gordon will make appearances
Registered teams must check-in at SM Mall of Asia Music Hall on Thursday, July 26, from 4pm-10pm
NBA 3X Philippines 2013 presented by Sprite returns to Manila at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall from July 26–28. Now in its third year, the event combines exciting on-court competition with free authentic NBA entertainment and experiences for fans of all ages.
Free fan activities at NBA 3X Philippines 2013 presented by Sprite include: the Sprite Slam Dunk Contest; the Sprite Basketball Clinic; the KFC Bucket 3-Point Shootout; the Phoenix Fast Feet Challenge; NBA 3X Half Time, and more. NBA Stars James Harden of the Houston Rockets and Eric Gordon of the New Orleans Pelicans will headline this year’s event and share their basketball talents with young players, while the Indiana Pacers dance team–the Indiana Pacemates–and Grizz, the Memphis Grizzlies Mascot will add even more excitement to the event. There will also be a Celebrity Division featuring big names such as TV celebrities Rovilson Fernandez, Marco Alcaraz, Ervic Vijandre, Bobby Yan, Young JV, Mark Zambrano, Jace Flores and JC Tiuseco, running guru Rio de la Cruz (Run Rio) and TV sports casters Dominic Uy, Jason Webb, Richard del Rosario, Mico Halili, TJ Manotoc, Marco Benitez and Charles Tiu.
Including the Philippines, NBA 3X will be conducted in 14 countries outside of the US this summer.
