adidas introduces the coolest run with CC Ride

March 2011 – adidas is excited to introduce a 360-degree ventilation with the launch of the CC Ride for Spring/Summer 2011. For a modern, vibrant and outstandingly cool run, this shoe is definitely for you.

Ranged in five vibrant colourways, young runners can step out in fresh pink, intense green, sun yellow, blue and red and really make a statement on the track and on the street.

The minimalist upper lets air flow from all angles as the CC Ride utilizes adidas’ technology ClimaCool^®. ClimaCool^® offers the benefit of 360 degree ventilation as it opens the air channels with every step you take, giving runners the ultimate, all-embracing breathability only adidas offers.

adidas developed this ClimaCool^® material especially for runners in response to these two truths: that high humidity and temperature in causes a lot of discomfort, and that by reducing heat one will definitely increase performance. ClimaCool^® reduces in-shoe moisture by 20% and foot temperature by 12% .

The unique sole construction ensures the wearer that this multi-functional footwear gives the ultimate flexibility and freedom of motion through a unique soft technology and full-length cushioning system.

The CC Ride also features a perforated sockliner for increased breathability, a non-woven fabric lining for additional comfort, and injected EVA tooling for maximum flexibility from toe to heel.
