Adidas has been in the biz for so long and have a lot of popular personalities like Run DMC and Footballer David Beckham. Now the 3-stripes show some love to those who are into street fashion (street wear to some). Thus the release of the Adidas ObyO (Originals by Originals) collection.
I've always been comfortable wearing clothes that are made for well, the streets. Clothes to chill at malls, bars or where ever. The Adidas ObyO collection is just for you and it has officially dropped here in the Philippines last November 27.

27 November 2010 – The fall/ winter 2010 adidas Originals by Originals (ObyO) collection introduces fresh and unexpected design elements and a product extension with its kids’ package addition. Entering the fourth season, ObyO concept continues its well- established partner set-up, with each of their individual take on adidas Originals products in their unique versatile way.
David Beckham/ Design J. Bond takes inspiration from classic American sportswear mixing it with traditional British chic. Kazuki, on the other hand returns with his unmistakable approach mixing Japanese-flavored streetwear with technical elements. Jeremy Scott brings in his beloved glamorous and fashionable touch with products influenced by medieval times and knight tales. Each of the three ObyO line offers sought-after and extremely unexpected apparel and footwear styles.
The alliance of sport and style icon David Beckham and Undefeated founder James Bond brings to life a sophisticated men’s range that is all about selected premium materials in combination with contemporary, comfortable styles and subtle branding. The blending of American sportswear with classic chic builds a bridge between David’s heritage and present influences. Highlight pieces for apparel includes the Hooded down vest made of high-quality Scott Harris tweed wool, the Mackintosh jacket and the Oxford Rugby shirt. For footwear, the Forum Mid DB – a mid-cut sneaker based on the iconic adidas silhouette coming in a cleaned-up design, is made from extra-soft handbag leather. The Gazelle Vintage Mid DB will be available.
High fashion designer Jeremy Scott, in contrast, returns with a men’s and women’s collection creatively designed for the spotlight. His illustrious glamorous and fashionable approach to adidas Original’s classic sportswear this season is inspired by medieval times. Fabric details such as metal studs, beads and a dark metallic color palette bring the inspiration to life in key pieces. Jeremy’s popular Wings design make up the second key theme for the FW10 ObyO season such Jeremy’s popular wings design with the JS Wings and its successor – the JS Winged 2.0 for the footwear collection. The Winged Bomber, The Winged Zip Hood and the Wings Bustier are several designs that make up the Jeremy Scott apparel collection.
Kazuki Kuraishi continues to lead Tokyo’s latest trends in streetwear fashion, combining them with technical elements in a wearable manner that makes the line stand out from the crowd. This season’s range also picks up influences from vintage American sportswear. As in previous seasons, Kazuki teams up with related and Tokyo-based brands such as LUKER by NEIGHBORHOOD and WHIZ Ltd. as well as Japanese DJ and artist Mintos for their own finish and exclusive twist to the range.
Seasonal highlights include the Luker Hooded Jacket and the Superstar 80’s Luker for footwear.
